Return and refund policy

RETURNS AND CLAIMS POLICY

At Momount, customer satisfaction is paramount. Please read this policy carefully. Note: Momount does not exchange products.

1. Defective or damaged products

If the product received is defective or damaged, Momount will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Notification: any defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt of the package to the following address: contact@momount.com.

Incorrect products: in the event of a shipping error, Momount will organize the return and ship the correct product free of charge.

2. Order not received

If your order has not been delivered, please contact our customer service department via the contact form. A check will be made with the carrier. In the event of a lost parcel, a refund or return will be offered.

3. Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched. If shipment has already taken place, the standard returns procedure applies.

4. Returns of non-defective products

In accordance with European and Italian consumer law, Momount allows 30 days for the voluntary return of non-defective products.

Return costs: in the event of retraction or return not related to a product defect, return costs are entirely at the customer's expense.

5. No exchanges

Momount does not offer product exchanges. If you would like another item, you must return the original product and place a new order.

6. Processing times and refunds

  • Return period : 30 days from receipt of parcel.
  • Processing of returns: after receipt and verification of the product, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Conditions: the product must be intact, unused and in its original packaging. Defective or incorrect products will be refunded in full after verification.
  • Method of refund: Refunds are made to the original method of payment.
  • Return costs (non-defective products): to be borne by the customer.

7. Exceptions

Returns are accepted in accordance with this policy. Defective items or items sent in error will be returned at Momount's expense for a full refund.

8. Return address

The return address is communicated exclusively by e-mail after validation of the return request.

10. Legal compliance

This policy complies with the legislation applicable in the countries where we operate:

11. Customs duties and import taxes

If import duties or taxes are applied (particularly for Switzerland), Momount can refund the amount on presentation of official proof issued by the carrier or customs authority.
