5. Return policy (right of withdrawal)
The customer has a period of 30 days after receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal.
Return costs :
- Broken or defective product or shipping error: Momount will cover all return shipping costs.
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction: Return costs are at the customer's expense.

Refunds will be made within 7working days following receipt and verification of the returned product.
6. Claims and legal warranty
Products benefit from a 2-year legal warranty in the European Union and must conform to the description provided.
In the event of a defect, the customer may request a repair, an exchange, a price reduction or a refund.
Claims will be processed as quickly as possible.
If a claim is accepted, Momount will also reimburse the cost of returning the product.
