SHIPPING POLICY
At Momount, we strive to provide you with a fast, clear and uncomplicated shipping experience. Below you'll find detailed information about our shipping process:
1. Delivery zone
Country: We currently ship to Poland, Austria, Denmark, France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland and Italy.
2. Shipping costs
Poland: Free shipping on all orders.
Austria: Free delivery on all orders.
Denmark: Free delivery on all orders.
France: Free delivery on all orders.
Spain: Free shipping on all orders.
Germany: Free shipping on all orders.
Switzerland: Free delivery on all orders.
Italy: Free shipping on all orders.
No hidden costs: All costs are clearly displayed when you finalize your order.
3. Order processing times
Order preparation: Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday).
Cut-off time: 10:00 (Central European Time).
Weekend orders: Weekend orders are processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery times
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 working days.
Shipping days: Monday to Friday.
Total time from order to delivery: 6 to 9 working days.
Busy periods: During holiday periods, exceptional promotions or high demand (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday, sales), delivery times may exceptionally be extended to up to 60 working days.
Information: These extended lead times are beyond our control and are mainly due to the logistical constraints of the carriers.
5. Shipping process
Trusted carriers: Shipping is handled by our logistics partners DHL, DPD and InPost.
Insured parcels: All parcels are fully insured.
Environmentally-friendly packaging: We favor the use of environmentally-friendly materials.
6. Order tracking
Tracking information: Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an e-mail with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.

6 bis. Mandatory contact information and exceptional delays
Telephone number required: For certain international deliveries, carriers require a valid telephone number in order to contact the recipient and finalize delivery.
Exceptional cases: In the absence of a valid telephone number, or in the event of incorrect information being provided at the time of ordering, delivery may exceptionally take longer than the estimated times indicated above.
Procedure: In this case, our customer service department will contact the customer to obtain the missing information and enable shipment to continue as soon as possible.
Responsibility: Momount cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
7. Free products and promotional items
Information: The products offered (e.g. protective film, tripod, case) are promotional bonuses in limited quantities. In the event of stock shortage, they may not be included in the order.
No impact on the order: The absence of free products does not affect the validity of the order or the right to return the main product. Bonuses are neither replaceable nor eligible for compensation.
8. Missing products
Report: Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the package at contact@momount.com.
Solution: After verification, we will return the missing product or refund its value.
9. Return policy
Deadline: You have 30 days after receipt of your order to declare and send back a return.
Return costs :
- Broken / defective product / shipping error: Momount will cover the full cost of the return.
- Change of mind / dissatisfaction: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return conditions: The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Refund period: Up to 7 working days after receipt of the returned package.
Exchange: We do not offer direct exchanges - simply return the product and place a new order.
10. Restocking fee
No charge: Momount never charges a restocking fee.
11. Return fees according to reason
Defective product / wrong delivery: 100% of the costs are covered by Momount.
Change of mind / dissatisfaction: Return costs are at the customer's expense.
