Returns and Refund Policy
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
At Momount, customer satisfaction is essential. Please read this policy carefully. Note: Momount does not offer product exchanges.
1. Defective or Damaged Products
If the product received is defective or damaged, Momount covers 100% of return costs and offers a replacement or full refund.
Declaration: any defect must be reported within 30 days of receipt of the package at: contact@momount.com.
Incorrect products: in case of shipping error, Momount arranges the return and ships the correct product at no charge.
2. Order Not Received
If your order was not delivered, please contact our customer service via the contact form. A verification will be performed with the carrier. In case of a lost package, a refund or replacement will be offered.
3. Order Cancellation
The order can be cancelled as long as it has not been shipped. If shipping has already occurred, the standard return procedure applies.
4. Returns of Non-Defective Products
In accordance with European and Italian consumer law, Momount grants a period of 30 days for the voluntary return of a non-defective product.
Return costs: in case of withdrawal or return not related to a product defect, return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility.

5. No Exchanges
Momount does not offer product exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must return the original product and then place a new order.
6. Processing Times and Refunds
- Time to return a product: 30 days from receipt of the package.
- Return processing: after receipt and verification of the product, the refund is processed within 7 business days.
- Conditions: the product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging. Defective or incorrect products are fully refunded after verification.
- Refund method: the refund is issued to the original payment method.
- Return costs (non-defective products): customer's responsibility.
7. Exceptions
Returns are accepted in accordance with this policy. Items that are defective or sent by error are returned at Momount's cost and are subject to full refund.
8. Return Address
The return address is communicated exclusively by email after validation of the return request.

11. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
If customs duties or import taxes are applied (particularly for the United States), Momount may reimburse the amount upon presentation of official proof issued by the carrier or customs authority.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, EU customers have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform to resolve disputes related to online purchases: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
